October Favourites | 2015

Hey everyone! So during this month I have been so mega stressed, not well at all and it's been getting ten times colder all at the same time. Thus: my favourites for this month are some well loved favourites that I know will just get the job done with minimal fuss. There's quite a lot so I'm just going to jump straight into it!

Lush Ultrabland Cleanser (Review here) - I tried to survive without this cleanser for two weeks and I really truly struggled. I wish more people would give this pot of goodness and joy a try because it really is one of my favourite face products of all time. You can read my in-depth review to see why that is, but in short? IT'S MINT. (Side note: it definitely does not smell of mint)

Lush Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub (Review here) - Now, I've only ever used this shower scrub as a body scrub in the past, and whilst it's absolutely amazing for buffing away dead skin: I've especially been loving this as a shampoo throughout October. I definitely plan on writing another review of Lush's Rub Rub Rub focusing on it as a shampoo rather than purely a body scrub, so make sure to look out for that! If you get oily hair fairly quickly, this may just be what you're looking for.

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream - I absolutely love this stuff. Quite frankly, there isn't much else to say apart from this stuff gets the job done, both deeply and efficiently. Whenever my lips are struggling I always turn to this and it leaves my lips just feeling beautiful and plump for the whole day! This is also one of those creams that can be used anywhere and everywhere that needs it, so I definitely think that this'll prove to be a key favourite for many months to come!

Josie Maran 100% Argan Oil - I'm hoping to publish a post focusing on the huge range of benefits that argan oil has on the skin some point soon. Essentially, I've been using nothing else to moisturise my face in the evenings other than this stuff, and my face has been left feeling so nourished, but not at all greasy which is fabulous. Regular use has played a significantly positive influence on the overall condition of my skin too so I'm a little sad that this is starting to run low ahhhh!

Dermatique Recuperating Cream* (Review here) - This is a fairly new discovery for me but I really do love it! You can hear more about the cream in it's singular review, but I've really been enjoying using it now that the weather and winds are getting a bit colder. It provides a beautifully rich, comforting barrier between my sensitive skin and the cold and I've found this to be especially beneficial during my walks to and back from uni each day. (If you follow me on Snapchat (hannahdelacour), you'll know that I do a lot of walking. A LOT of walking).

L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream (Review here) - Last but not least is this gorgeous magic in a tube! I don't think you can have an Autumn favourites without a hand cream really! It's got to that time of year again where my hands are just screaming for moisture, and since I've started using the L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream on a daily basis again, my hands have been in such great condition and it honestly is one of, if not the best hand cream  I have ever used.

& that's everything! October has been a bit of an odd, stress-filled month for me so I'm extremely excited that we're now heading into November and the countdown to Winter! Eeeeeep!
What were some of your Autumn/Winter skincare go-tos? I'd love to know!
